Delivery Information

We ship to anywhere in New Zealand. General stationery orders over $65 are delivered freight free. If you order other items that you require urgently or bulk items (ie.Printers, Furniture, Paper orders), there will be a freight charge this will be charge based on the weight of the goods and the destination it is to be sent to. This will be processed offline and we will notify you of these costs. 

 Your order will be despatched as soon as is possible, usually the next courier run and ship via the fastest method we reasonably can. Our Logistic centres use both NZ Couriers and Courier post.  all Items are signature required unless you request other wise.  If there are any delays we will contact you with details.

Returns:  We accept returns for the purpose of exchange, fault or change of mind. You will be refunded the value of the item at the time of your transaction. An order can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be as new, in original condition with no markings on the packaging in order to be returned. Damaged, used, or opened products will not be exchanged, credited or refunded unless goods are faulty,

Shipping costs of returning any items will be at your own expense unless an item is faulty; in this case please call us to arrange free postage. Any refunds will be made back to the means of purchase, for example a credit card. All claims for non delivery, short shipments or damage must be made no later than 14 days from shipment date. All requests for proof of delivery also must be received within 14 days of purchase date. Requests for return authorisation is required on all items returned beyond the 14-day money back period. Unless otherwise stated, all products have a warranty of 12 months from Purchase date or 6 months from Installation date.
