Lee Pagan - General Manager, I.T/Technology Manager & Sales/Service:

The man behind the machine ( or in it if he is servicing it!) Lee is our inhouse I.T/Technology Manager and the General Manager of the company. Lee started in the industry in1995 and has 23 years plus experience. No job is to small, from basic computer upgrades through to full custom builds, server installs, network setups, printer installs and sales. Prior to joining NZ Toner Office Supplies Lee was 17 years at his previous employer and was very well respected by both clients and colleagues. Outside of work Lee enjoys mountain biking, fast cars, motorbikes, technology and his family.

Helen Smith - Customer Service & Office Adminstrator

The lady who manages our office, Helen is our fantastic Customer Service & Office Administrator and an absolute fountain of knowledge about all things stationery.  Helen has been providing customer service in the industry for the last 18 years and is renowned for her friendly and helpful personality. Outside of work Helen enjoys catching up with family & friends, eating out, watching sport and enjoys a good book.

Susan Muir - Key Account Manager

A lady who will go above and beyond for her clients. Susan is our Key Account Manager and looks after many of our larger clients. Susan is also our furniture guru with over 19 years experience with a keen eye for detail and making sure her customers get the best customer service & sales experience possible. Susan relishes any opportunity to better support both existing and new clients who are looking for a more personal service from a dedicated Key Account Manager. Susan keeps an eye on the entire process from start to finish and customers know that any issues that may arise are resolved in a quick and timely manner with minimal business disruption. Outside of work Susan enjoys scrapbooking, yoga & pilates, walking trails in the great kiwi outdoors, gardening & spending time with her family and friends.

Anthony Kerr - Business Account Manager

One of the younger generation, Anthony is our Business Account Manager and looks after clients both big and small. With over 7 years experience in Account Management Anthony is more than able to support his many clients requests,in both the office stationery & technology areas and is well regarded for his friendly polite nature. He strives to make sure his customers get the best experience possible and emphasises the importance of having a dedicated account manager as a point of contact for all your requirements. He particularly enjoys bringing on new clients and working out the best way that we can support your business. Outside of work Anthony has a keen passion for DIY, gardening, new technology, boys toys and his family.

Donny Tu - Office Assistant

Donny does various jobs around the office including taking and processing orders. Giving our customers the best options he can, and providing answers to their questions. Always helpful to our customers giving the best service that he can provide. On his days off, he likes to just relax and sleep in and read books and online novels.

Graham Kennett - Remanufacturing Master, Delivery Driver and All Round Good Bugger

Graham started NZ Toner 25+ Years ago and positioned himself in the remanufacturing market as a major player. He went on to focus on protecting the environment by recycling/refilling and remanufacturing cartridges to high standards and having the backup to support them.  Now our ever efficient delivery driver Graham still finds time to recycle some cartridges and start enjoying his wind down to retirement - one day.......
