Returns

We accept returns for the purpose of exchange, fault or change of mind. You will be refunded the value of the item at the time of your transaction less freight. An order can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be as new, in original condition with no markings on the packaging in order to be returned. Damaged, used, or opened products will not be exchanged, credited or refunded unless goods are faulty.

Shipping costs of returning any items will be at your own expense unless an item is faulty; in this case please call us to arrange free postage.

Any refunds will be made back to the means of purchase, for example a credit card.

All claims for non delivery, short shipments or damage must be made no later than 14 days from shipment date. All requests for proof of delivery also must be received within 14 days of purchase date.

Requests for return authorisation is required on all items returned beyond the 14-day money back period. To process a credit claim or return, call 03 3666515 and we will be happy to help you.

Unless otherwise stated, all products have a warranty of 12 months from Purchase date or 6 months from Installation date.
